QELM is on the App Store. The current release is version 3.0.2. Search the App Store for QELM, or ask your office for the direct link.
Mobile App
QELM has a mobile app for the field. It is built for the crew — sign in, clock in on the job, capture a receipt, check your hours — while the office keeps working in the browser.
Where to get it

An Android app is available with sign-in and clocking in and out. Ask your office how to install it — Android is earlier in its life than the iPhone app and does not have every feature yet.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”Sign in with your work email and password — the same account you would use in the browser. The domain of your email address is what puts you in the right company workspace, so use the address your office set up for you, not a personal one.
If you cannot sign in, ask whoever manages users in your company to check that your account is active. See People & Access for what they need to look at.
What the app does today

Start and end your shift from your phone, against the job you are working on. The hours land in the same timesheet the office approves.
Receipts
Photograph a receipt on site and attach it to the job, so the cost is recorded while you still have the paper in your hand.
Your timesheet
Check the hours recorded against you, so you can catch a wrong day before payroll runs rather than after.
Job detail
See the job you are clocked in against and the details you need to do the work.
What still lives in the browser
Section titled “What still lives in the browser”The app is deliberately focused on the field. Estimating, invoicing, dispatching, running reports, and managing people and settings are all browser work — open QELM in a mobile browser if you need one of those while you are out.
