About QELM

Section titled “What is QELM?”QELM is a construction-operations platform. It brings the jobs, dispatch, estimates, invoices, payments, timesheets, fleet, and reporting a field services business runs on into one connected system, so the office and the field share the same information.
Who is QELM for?
Section titled “Who is QELM for?”Field services and construction businesses that schedule work, send estimates and invoices, collect payments, and need to keep the office and the crews in sync.
Is QELM a website or an app?
Section titled “Is QELM a website or an app?”Both. The main product runs in your web browser at your company’s workspace address, and there is a companion mobile app for the field that uses the same account and the same data.
Accounts and signing in
Section titled “Accounts and signing in”How do I sign in?
Section titled “How do I sign in?”Go to your company’s workspace address — it looks like your-company.qelm.app —
and sign in with the email and password your administrator gave you. You land on
your workspace dashboard.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Section titled “I forgot my password. What do I do?”Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page, or ask your workspace administrator to help you reset it.
How do I get an account?
Section titled “How do I get an account?”Accounts are created by your workspace administrator. Ask the administrator on your team to add you, and they will set your email, password, and role.
What do roles control?
Section titled “What do roles control?”Your role decides what you can see and do. Administrators manage the workspace and its people, managers run the operational work, and team members work the jobs assigned to them. An administrator can adjust what each role and person is allowed to do.
Workspaces and your data

Section titled “What is a workspace?”A workspace is your company’s private area in QELM. Everything you create lives inside it and is visible only to your company.
Can other companies see our data?
Section titled “Can other companies see our data?”No. Each company’s workspace is isolated. Your jobs, customers, invoices, and team are visible only to people you have invited into your own workspace.
Can we use our own company address?
Section titled “Can we use our own company address?”Yes — your workspace lives at its own address of the form your-company.qelm.app,
so your team always knows where to sign in.
Billing and payments
Section titled “Billing and payments”How does QELM handle customer payments?
Section titled “How does QELM handle customer payments?”QELM lets you send invoices and collect payments online. Payments are processed securely, and a paid invoice flows straight into your reporting without re-entry.
Where do I manage our subscription?
Section titled “Where do I manage our subscription?”Subscription and billing settings live inside your workspace, available to administrators. If your access to the workspace is interrupted for a billing reason, an administrator can resolve it from the billing area.
The mobile app

Section titled “Is there a mobile app?”Yes. The QELM mobile app gives the field team access to their work on the go, using the same account and the same workspace data as the web app.
Does the mobile app use the same login?
Section titled “Does the mobile app use the same login?”Yes — sign in with the same credentials. The mobile app connects to your company’s workspace just like the web app does.
